About this programme
The Savages and the McQueens deal with the aftermath of Myra's announcement following Dirk's grand proposal, and try to come to terms with the knowledge that the village's most exuberant matriarch may not be with them for much longer. However, just as spirits seem to reach an all-time low, Carmel and Will devise a plan to provide both their families with a ray of hope.
