About this programme

Scientist John Fennel hosts the second party in Birmingham, and decides to prepare an ambitious menu that makes use of his skills in the lab. Culinary experiments on offer include soda-siphoned fish batter, a specially crafted fire-maker, a tandoor chimney, and ice-cream made with nitrogen oxide.
