EastEnders

Episode 4556

Radio Times
Review by:
Jane Rackham

If you value your life, the one place you don’t want to be at this time of year is Walford. Someone usually dies. So, after the shocking events in yesterday’s episode, the Branning clan will be spending Boxing Day at
the mortuary rather than finishing up the turkey leftovers like the rest
of us. And of course there’s nothing like being interviewed by the police
to put you in the festive mood.

Meanwhile, there’s a tense atmosphere in the Queen Vic after Roxy’s late-night declaration, while a disgruntled Kim comes to and discovers she’s slept through the whole of Christmas Day. Bearing in mind the misery that usually blankets Albert Square like freshly fallen snow during the festive period, maybe she had the right idea.
