About this programme

Tom and Henry Herbert get into the festive spirit with a selection of seasonal recipes inspired by the well-known song The 12 Days of Christmas. The duo create a filo Christmas cracker, two hot toddies, a gingerbread house with a twist, smoke-bomb salmon and a barbecue for 12 guests, and recommend a range of meats, breads, warming drinks and snacks. There's also a tried-and-tested hangover cure for those who have fallen victim to overindulgence during the holidays.
