2/17. Eight competitors enter an elimination round, preparing wild mushrooms and showing they know how to fillet and cook fresh sardines. The remaining chefs must then replicate two recipes demonstrated by Michel Roux Jr, with the four winners proceeding through to the quarter finals. Judged by Gregg Wallace and Monica Galetti.
