Law-firm boss Diane Lockhart is on fine form as she tries to persuade a jury that a Chicago college was culpable in the death of a student killed during a brutal initiation ritual.
But just when you think it’s all going well, there’s a courtroom bombshell that changes the whole direction of the case. How very Good Wife. Diane (Christine Baranski) refuses to be fazed, even though she has more than a collapsing trial to worry about. Her company is in dire financial straits and has surrendered one of its office floors to save money. As for the good wife herself, Alicia (Julianna Margulies), she’s still standing by her man, despite the infidelity story that won’t go away.
