Andrew Dunn (Tony from dinnerladies and Janice Battersby’s love interest in Corrie) guest-stars today as Dennis, a cross-dressing truck driver diagnosed with myeloma, a form of cancer of the bone marrow. But Heston is mainly concerned that Dennis intends to go through therapy without any family support.
Meanwhile, examining a prostitute for drugs usage, Jimmi discovers information vital to an on-going case and has to tell Rob and Driver. And Valerie’s (Sarah Moyle) clinginess reaches intolerable levels at the local “stitch and bitch” sessions. But can Mandy find the nerve to confront Valerie and tell her to back off?
