7/24. Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace set the remaining five chefs a 10-minute skills test of preparing a crown of duck for roasting and making the legs ready for confit. Only four of them will go on to recreate Michel Roux Jr's monkfish liver dish, with the best three contestants advancing to the quarter-final.
