The second quarter-final sees the return of this week's four successful cooks, aiming to impress John Torode and Donal Skehan with their knowledge during a taste test and their ability to create delicious dishes. The judges sample sweet potato ravioli, barbecue ribs, a chocolate mountain and summer crowdie, before deciding which two hopefuls have made it to the semi-finals.
