4/24. Gregg Wallace and Michel Roux Jr oversee proceedings as six chefs battle it out in the quarter final, preparing a dish of their own invention. Only four contestants will make it to the next challenge, in which they have to cook two courses for food critics William Sitwell, Tracey MacLeod and Charles Campion - with two going through to the semi-finals.
