About this programme

The South African singer and outspoken opponent of Apartheid takes to the stage in Basel, Switzerland, two years before her death aged 76. She performs many of her best-loved tracks, including Pata Pata and Wimoweh (The Lion Sleeps Tonight) as part of a global farewell tour that included her final public performances.
