What is it about Syed Masood and weddings? The last time he tied the knot he was secretly hankering after Christian even as he took his vows with Amira. Now that he’s about to wed Christian, he’s casting lustful glances at good-looking city boy Danny, who’s realised that Syed isn’t just interested in him for his financial advice. Fickle or just confused? In any case, Syed’s impulsive actions tonight certainly don’t bode well for a “happy ever after”.
Meanwhile, Sharon’s fretting that little Dennis will learn the truth about his father’s death if they stay in Walford much longer. But is packing up and leaving really the solution?
About this programme
Sharon packs her bags, worried Dennis will learn the truth about his father's death if they stay in Walford any longer. Lola's fragile mental state panics Billy, so he turns once again to Phil, who this time has a plan to bring Lexi home. Christian is pleased that Syed is making an effort with the wedding - unaware he is arranging another date with handsome businessman Danny - while Tamwar takes the stage for his stand-up gig, and finds stories about his own family go down a storm with the audience.
