Rav Wilding, who mentored children through police training in Cop School, returns to help more young teams to learn alongside the emergency and rescue services. These cadets will train with the coastguard, mountain rescue, fire services and others, and in this first episode they’re put to work with the lifeboat crews of the RNLI. They must translate their lessons into action when a yachtsman goes overboard.
About this programme
Six children are transformed into Hero Squad cadets and start a rigorous training programme alongside real-life life-savers. What will their RNLI mentor think of their performance, as they attempt to rescue a man overboard and his stranded yacht, far out at sea?
