About this programme

6/10. Jules Hudson learns how some residents of the Home Counties contributed to the war effort, and discovers a range of experimental weapons invented by an organisation known as Churchill's Toyshop. He also finds out about domestic propaganda and puts a troop of Girl Guides through a few Second World War tests.
