The story of Osel Hita Torres who, at two-years-old, was believed to be the living reincarnation of a Buddhist lama, and taken from his home in Spain to live in a monastery in southern India, where he was expected to fulfil his destiny. However, at 24-years-old, he decided to abandon the faith and join a film school in Madrid, causing a sensation and leaving his followers desperate for him to come back and lead them. Jolyon Jenkins meets Osel, now 27 and living in Ibiza, to discuss his unique situation and what it is like being caught between Eastern and Western worlds.
