About this programme

A third of drivers killed in accidents on Britain's roads are under the age of 25. In this programme, Jonathan Maitland tests the skills of three young motorists, and investigates whether calls for radical changes to the way people learn to drive, and the introduction of a ban on late-night driving and carrying passengers for the newly qualified, could save lives.
