Judges Mich Turner and Peter Sidwell continue their journey through Scotland, and assess the efforts of three independent Scottish bakeries battling it out for a place in the Northern Regional final. The duo visit a couple famed for their award-winning pies and a bakery owned by more than 500 members of a local community. They also meet a German master baker with an unusual cake-making technique.
