All that’s left between the finalists and the highest culinary accolade of their career so far is a three-course meal. Well, that and the discerning palates of judges Gregg Wallace and Michel Roux Jr. The winner will then follow in the footsteps of previous Professional MasterChef champions. Last year’s winner, Ash Mair, for instance, has just published a Spanish recipe book and is about to open his own London restaurant.
