Mich Turner and Peter Sidwell head to Yorkshire, where they encounter a traditional village bakery, an outlet run by a brother-and-sister team, and a Marco Pierre White-trained patisserie chef. The contestants are challenged to make Parkin, but only one will go through to Friday's Northern regional final.
