About this programme

22/24. The three finalists face the challenge of preparing a three-course menu for a panel of Michelin-starred chefs, including Anton Mosimann and Michel Roux. But first they must demonstrate to Michel Roux Jr and Gregg Wallace they have enough cooking flair to serve their own creations for the culinary superstars. If they fail, they will not be entrusted with their menu, but will have to work to Michel's.
