The CIA is allegedly targeting al-Qaeda and other militants with drone strikes in Pakistan that the UN says are illegal. It is estimated that the death toll may be about 3,000 - some of them, it is claimed, innocent women and children. Reporter Jane Corbin goes to Waziristan, one of the most dangerous places in the world, to report on the drone war and find out why some of its victims are seeking justice in the British courts.
