About this programme
23/24. The finalists travel to Bray in Berkshire to spend three days at Heston Blumenthal's Michelin-starred Fat Duck restaurant, where head chef Jonny Lake and creative director James `Jocky' Petrie give them two masterclasses that reveal the secrets behind the food. The contestants then have a chance to do some experimenting of their own before working a service in the kitchens.
