3/6. Stevie Parle and Emma Grazette take a journey through Cambodia, where black pepper is considered the king of spices. They stop off at markets in the capital city, Phnom Penh, to learn how residents of the former French colony use the spice on Gallic-influenced street food, and also meet meet chefs regenerating dishes lost under the Khmer Rouge, including a tarantula delicacy.
