18/25. The first two semi-finalists are challenged to work a shift at Marcus Wareing's Michelin-starred restaurant at the Berkeley hotel in central London. The pair must prepare a dish featuring roast lobster, smoked egg yolk and broccoli cooked four ways and dress it in two sauces - all under the watchful eye of Marcus. They then face a final test in which they must use what they have learned from their experience to cook a main course and a dessert - but only one can go through to the last round of the contest.
