Junior Doctors: One Year Check Up

Junior Doctors: One Year Check Up

BBC3’s ratings winner returns to have one last drop of blood extracted. The medics we followed over the course of a year at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital reconvene to look back, consider the lessons they learnt, praise each other’s skills and describe how having everyone in hospital know who they are is very weird. All the best bits are here, from Andy’s fumbling with a cannula, Amieth pulling a spike out of a hand with a pair of pliers, and Milla’s sabrage party.

About this programme

The students look back on their experience, revealing what they learned, the ways in which they have changed and how they coped with some of the biggest challenges of their lives. Featuring previously unseen footage and insight into what was an extremely eventful 12 months for the junior doctors.
