Scott Mills gets wickedly funny with a follow-on programme to Zane Lowe’s acclaimed and serious Masterpieces series. Instead of looking at albums that defined bands at their best, Mills takes deliciously cruel pleasure in examining albums that should never have gone beyond conception, let alone release.
The Scissor Sisters and Guns n’ Roses are both in there, but there are some surprising comments from the likes of Mumford & Sons on the pressures to produce successful follow-up albums.
About this programme
Scott Mills pokes fun at some follow-up albums.
