19/24. The next two semi-finalists work a shift at Michelin-starred restaurant Midsummer House in Cambridge. The pair must recreate chef patron Daniel Clifford's signature dish of rosemary-smoked rump of lamb, courgette and basil puree, piquillo pepper puree and a courgette and yoghurt dressing. They then face a final test - drawing on what they have learnt from their experience to cook a main course and a dessert for Michel Roux Jr and Gregg Wallace, with only one contestant progressing to the final round.
