About this programme
Kirstie Allsopp revisits craftspeople who taught her confectionery-making skills. She begins in Manhattan, where she creates candy canes and lollipops at artisan sugar crafter Papabubble, before heading back to the UK to learn how to make passion fruit marshmallows covered in chocolate and coconut.
