About this programme

In the final programme exploring the nation's relationship with food, Julie Etchingham investigates how the growing demand for products at affordable prices is leading to changes in the way many staple items are produced. Among other things she visits a `zero-grazing' dairy farm with above-average milk yields, where cows are kept on concrete and under cover. Last in the series.
