About this programme
8/10. Alex Polizzi visits the Godolphin Arms, a hotel in the Cornish seaside resort of Newquay that has been losing money, despite regularly taking a large number of bookings from coach tours. She realises that guests are being drastically undercharged for their stays, and devises a tough new strategy to keep the business afloat - but owner Margaret Ashwood, who has run the establishment for nearly 30 years, is reluctant to change her ways.
