Action from the 12th round of the season at the Masaryk Circuit in Brno, where the Czech Republic Grand Prix MotoGP race took place. Casey Stoner took the honours here last year, but after breaking his ankle at the recent Indianapolis Grand Prix was not on the starting grid for this race, providing Jorge Lorenzo with an opportunity to increase his lead at the top of the standings.
