Everything about the affair between Karl and Sunita makes for queasy viewing. First there’s Karl’s chamois-leather skin, then there’s his lechy ogling of Sunita’s backside (with so much exposure, it’s no wonder actress Shobna Gulati won Rear of the Year), and don’t get me started on the time they made out in the hotel. Since that moment, I haven’t been able to listen to Neneh Cherry and Youssou N’Dour without coming out in hives.
Thankfully, we could be spared any further horror as the pair look set to get busted after taking one risk too many. Some viewers may be disturbed by scenes of Dev emoting.
About this programme
Stella arranges a girls' night out with Leanne and Eva in the hope the pair will put their differences behind them, while a fed-up Sunita closes the shop and heads to the pub, where she tries to seduce Karl. Steve offers Ryan a job as a favour to Michelle, Mary asks Roy to accompany her to a concert, and Jason invites Maria for a drink.
