8/25. Nikki O'Leary takes a gamble and prepares a vegan meal for her meat-loving guests in Liverpool. She seems to be on to a winner when fishmonger Dan Redfern asks for third helpings of her aubergine curry, but it remains to be seen whether she has done enough to scoop the £1,000 prize.
