About this programme

Chef Nici Wickes heads for the Greek island of Crete to visit a bakery, and watches fresh olives being pressed into the area's famously rich oil. She also samples a variety of local dishes, and prepares souvlaki-style chicken with handmade pita pockets and a sweet cheese pie.
