About this programme

Four dinner party hosts from Taunton, Somerset, compete for the £1,000 prize. The contestants do not take long to get on each other's nerves after Sally Jago keeps her guests waiting for their Chinese banquet, and Richard Smith's plans for a party themed around the Battle of Waterloo lead to a misunderstanding with Paula McShane. Third host Nikki Neave plans to show the lighter side of her personality at her dinner, but finds that no one is in the mood for her idea of fun.
