2/4. Sian Astley helps a Royal Marine who has ruined the interior of his Exeter home by embarking on a series of renovation projects and failing to finish any of them. She is horrified to be confronted by exposed ceiling and floor beams, scattered cables and heaps of rubble, and comes up with a plan to make the house habitable in 14 days for less than £15,000. However, as work gets under way, she discovers his biggest blunder of all could throw the entire project off course.
