2/2. Margaret Mountford and Nick Hewer conclude their experiment to send a group of seventy-something pensioners back to full-time work in Preston, Lancashire. The OAP workers who were kept on for a second week face an even bigger challenge - competition from genuine job-seekers aged between 18 and 25 who are brought in to work alongside them. They all claim to be desperate for work and are 50 years younger than their rivals, so the pensioners have their work cut out proving themselves. Will the bosses go for youth or experience?
