Del Cain and Roy Williamson welcome their rivals to the Richmond House Hotel, a budget establishment in central Edinburgh - but one couple are so unimpressed with the hosts' standards that they refuse to spend the night in their room. Tensions ease slightly when they agree to return for dinner, but the feud flares up again at breakfast - and Del and Roy are enraged by their guests' feedback forms.
