CBBC teen heart-throb Richard Wisker joins Helen and Barney in Saffron Walden, where they meet champion diver Tom Daley, among other hopefuls. The show also looks back to the 1968 Games in Mexico when the altitude resulted in several Olympic records being set including the famous 8.9m long jump by Bob Beamon, which remains to this day.

About this programme

Helen Skelton and Barney Harwood's journey along the Olympic torch route takes them to Saffron Walden in Essex, where they learn about diving and make their own isotonic drinks.
