Cricket legend Andrew Flintoff and rugby titan Laurence Dallaglio lead a pack of cyclists on a charity trek from Olympia in Greece to the site of the 2012 Games in London. We’re left in no doubt about how gruelling this is likely to be, but the two beefcakes’ tough talk is well justified: within minutes of the programme starting, the heat and the mountain roads have spectacularly picked off two of their fellow riders. It’s the manliest show of the week, with testosterone levels rising even higher when, at Lake Garda, Dallaglio swaps his bike for a row boat.
