About this programme

Business manager Ross Chapman hosts the first dinner party in west Lancashire, but encounters a string of culinary disasters while preparing his fish-themed menu. However, he still finds time for a manicure and bubble bath before the meal, and it is the behaviour of one of his guests, rather than his burnt tart, that causes the most embarrassment.
