About this programme

3/20. Married couple Jessica and Mark believe their low-fat macaroons will prove popular with the public, while sisters-in-law Raquel and Araba think their African cooking sauces will fill a gap in the market. Given £250 each, the teams create their products on a commercial scale and sell them at London's bustling Real Food Market, and whoever makes the greater profit will secure a meeting with a panel of investors.
