The battle to win the riders' championship looks to be between Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa now that Casey Stoner is sidelined after breaking his ankle. Just 13 points separate the pair heading into this race, and it is second-placed Pedrosa who is in the best form having won rounds 11 and 12 in Indianapolis and Brno.
