About this programme

2/10. Retired engineer Bernie Ryan aims to build a new home in Paynesville, a seaside town in Victoria's Gippsland Lakes region. He hopes his small budget will stretch far enough to make his eccentric, industrial design a reality, roping in friends to lend a hand and wheeling out his old crane as he tries to spend as little money as possible on the projects.
