About this programme
The patissier visits Devon's Burgh Island, the setting for two of Agatha Christie's novels, to create a cake for a Mardi Gras celebration, drawing inspiration from the island's history and a hotel's architecture. He also teaches the British Council bake club about classic French patisserie.
