About this programme

The stories of people who survived the 2001 terrorist attacks on New York's World Trade Centre. Though hundreds were killed instantly when a hijacked passenger aircraft crashed into the complex's south tower, 18 people who were on the floors hit by the plane managed to escape the building. In this programme, five of them, including Ron DiFrancesco and Brian Clark, recall how they managed to get out of the tower before it collapsed.
