4/6. Jamie Oliver steers away from the tourist trails in Venice as he explores the gastronomy of the Italian city. He prepares spaghetti vongole for a group of local fishermen, is taught the art of the perfect risotto by Ruggero Bovo, samples prosecco and cooks a bellini with beef carpaccio. The chef also tries his hand at minestrone with vegetables before being joined by old friend Gennaro Contaldo to make a Venetian tiramisu.
