About this programme

A couple decided to relocate to the Kent countryside to provide their children with a taste of rural life. Although the interim during the renovation was difficult, with the family living in a caravan and Claire Woodhouse undertaking the unfamiliar role of project manager, two years later their converted sawmill is complete.
