2/6. Mary Portas helps Kelvin and Sharon, the owners of Floyds, a Cardiff boutique and bar serving the cheaper end of the Welsh capital's fashion market. Not appreciating her advice, the couple take on the retail expert in a series of heated exchanges until she challenges them to dress a group of fashion-conscious twentysomethings - with disastrous results.
