8/10. Latvian conductor Mariss Jansons leads the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in a performance of Mahler's Symphony No 8. Sometimes referred to as the Symphony of a Thousand, it is considered by many to be the biggest challenge of the choral repertoire.
